  My responsibilities revolved around financial analytics through Power BI. I created Power BI dashboards with key finance-related metrics and KPIs(Key Performance Indicators), which helped track the status of account payables and account receivables to complete all the outstanding payments and owed payments. Through this visualized data we got a daily overview of the cash flow in our business and liquidity status which helped us identify problem areas at a higher level or even drill down to deeper aggregate levels for more clarity.   As a Lead Business Analyst, I am involved in Financial Modelling and Valuation. I created the Free Cash Flow to Equity Model (FCFE) to project the amount of cash a company generated that could be potentially be distributed to the shareholders, I also created Premium Distribution Model, Dividend Distribution Model, etc. that were intended to be used as decision-making tools. While analyzing financial statements, our focus was on checking for every disclosure and the causal dependency of every pain point. Involving more than 40,000 disclosure nodes, this constituted big data. The draft database was generated on a spreadsheet using complex Excel techniques and formulas such as VLOOKUP and COUNTIFS, and Pivot Tables and Charts for visualization.
