      I have recently graduated from the Two Year Rep Company at Fourth Monkey's Actor Training Company. During training I have enjoyed the opportunity to play a variety of strong roles including: Hamlet in Hamlet, Woman One (Natasha) in Bad Roads, Young Woman (Helen Jones) in Machinal, Jessica in Sunday on the Rocks, Hawkins in Fall of the Kingdom, Rise of the Foot Soldier and currently Volumnia in Coriolanus.       Activities and Societies: During my time at University I was a part of a number of theatre pieces. These included a production of Shakespeare's 'Much Ado About Nothing' which toured to Stratford, a piece of physical theatre named 'EG' which I co-wrote and directed and an adaptation of 'The Tempest' in which I played the highly demanding physical role of Ariel. I was also lucky enough to write and direct an adaptation of 'The Lovely Bones', and play the part of Mrs Rogers in Agatha Christies 'And Then There Were None'.

      At Blissfields Festival I managed a small team in distributing over one thousand copies of the Blissfields newspaper each day of the event. I was therefore responsible for creating a distribution strategy for the team, while working to strict deadlines.

      Working for this small book publishing company and record label called State of Bass, I have assisted on an international book launch and two album launches (one of which gained ‘Album of the Year’ in a leading publication). I had to be creative in order to make content stand out in a saturated market, resulting in all campaigns proving highly impactful with a high number of sales through the links on our socials. I have been asked back to work on a number of their launches on a freelance basis.

      Executive Director and Co-founder

      In my role of Executive Director at Themis Theatre I am responsible for sourcing and writing funding applications and controlling the budget. I have learned first hand how to appeal to various voices when seeking donations. As a company we have successfully raised our target of 10% of overall profit in the space of six months via individual donors and funding events. I believe this knowledge is imperative as not only do I understand how to write funding applications, but I have also experienced the task of developing other fundraising routes.Themis Theatre aims to champion the female narrative. As a founding member of Themis, I have evidenced an entrepreneurial approach through developing and seeking out opportunities for development of funding opportunities. We have successfully completed a London run of our debut show, a small UK tour and due to perform at VAULT festival in 2023. From producing to marketing to general admin, I have been powerfully instrumental in getting the company on its feet and increasing its visibility.In my role at Themis I am also responsible for developing outreach. As part of this work I produce and host scratch evenings and networking events for female-identifying creatives from all backgrounds, providing a safe space to interact in and to find empowerment through shared work. I am a strong advocate for celebrating difference and as such I aim to make the Themis Theatre events as inclusive as possible through trust building initiatives. These events have given me an understanding of how to successfully plan and execute tailored events within the arts. Furthermore, I run all social media for Themis. Show less

      As the social media manager for Theatre Troupe I have gained on-the-job training and knowledge and have subsequently honed an applied understanding of analytics and strategy along with skills in time management, organisation and self-motivation. I manage all of Theatre Troupe’s social streams, creating content, communicating with the community and regularly organising photo opportunities. I have led on the launch of their instagram which was the main platform used for a successful Christmas campaign that reached its fundraising targets in just two weeks. I am confident that the skills gained through this role would be very useful in other arts jobs as they have given me an understanding of how the community arts and charity sector present online. I understand the voice and tone needed and the importance of creating strong, creative visuals and copy in order to nurture a fully engaged audience.       In this role I acted as a runner and assistant on the set of Tarkemoto Productions’ upcoming Netflix documentary BreakNation. In this role, I communicated with various people to ensure the smooth running of the production. These stakeholders included interviewees, agents, press officers, locations managers as well the production team whose first language was Spanish. In this work I successfully built quick relationships with each of the stakeholders in order to meet deadlines.
