Working at Reading depot as a maintenance team leader after over 6 years at old oak common depot working on and leading teams on HSTs and class 180s. Now fully Bombardier trained on class 387 electrostar rolling stock. Reading train care depot is currently introducing the new Hex fleet of 387s and I am really enjoying being one of the first to service, fault find and maintain them, we have also started to receive the first tri-mode class 769s onto the depot and this will also allow for further development and learning opportunities. I also cover the production manager at Reading depot which allows the development of my people, processes and planning skills. Show less
