Products included Vantage HCM, Payroll, HR, Time & Labor, Benefits, Recruiting, Reporting/Analytics, and Talent Management (Performance, Compensation, Succession Planning, and Learning Management). Led a cross-functional team of project managers, business analysts, technical architects, developers, and QA.Delivered custom enhancements, reporting/analytics, data warehouse integrations with HRIS and ERP systems, third party integrations (background and assessment vendors), web design, and branding services for our clients' Applicant Tracking System and Onboarding Portals.
