From its beginning as a domestic glove manufacturer, Seal Glove - est. 1906, the forefather of Ark Safety, was recognized in the glove manufacturing industry as a brand synonymous with quality. Ark Safety, founded in 1989, is a company which assists customers in establishing and maintaining a safe work environment by supplying quality safety products and value added services resulting in true cost savings to you, our valued customer. In 2006, we purchased Rescue Remedies, a well known company which offers products and services to the homeland security, technical rescue and fire industries. Rescue Remedies, Ark Safety’s Fire/EMS specialists and once a separate entity of the corporation, has joined the Ark Safety brand as our Fire/EMS and rescue division. Ark Safety continues to grow, expand and enhance our brand. No longer merely a safety supplier, Ark Safety’s growth is mirrored by our continued expansion of product lines. Our corporation strives to provide a true supply chain solution to our customers, as we now specialize in safety, industrial, janitorial, and fire/EMS and rescue products. We have also heightened our expertise in fall safety solutions, as our Engineered Custom Fall Safety division continues to provide personalized design and innovative solutions to our customers.
