  Coordinate and support project leaders and project engineers in managing projects for the development of chillers and heat pumps from 100 kW to 2000 kW. Since the beginning of 2013 I'm working as Project Manager of a wide capacity range heat pumps. In this role I have the responsibility for the development of the whole project: from the coordination of the project team to the relationships with all the company branches involved in the development of the project (marketing department, logistic/purchase department, production department, after sales service etc.). - Design and performances rating of Air to Water and Water(Brine) to Water chillers and heat pumps.- Functional and performances tests setting on residential chillers and heat pumps. Collected data analysis. Stress tests procedures definition.- Supporting the after sales service department: one of my duties is to focus on the issues reported from after sales service in order to find a solution for the units already installed and for the new units.
