Also supply chain strategy which integrated strategic and tactical decision making throughout the supply chain planning and implementation process.Other coursework included business professional development which developed strategies to enhance interpersonal skills for career success. Leadership and supervision which developed leadership techniques and behavioral traits to improve productivity in the workplace. Principles of organizational behavior which involved leadership, motivation, communication, group processes, decision making, climate, and culture.
