  Competed in Policy debate, Congressional debate and Original Advocacy speaking, developing research and argumentation skills. • Designed and Built a model rocket using OpenRocket flight simulation software, CAD, and 3d printers. • Developed a thrust vector controlled model rocket. Used a PID controller implemented on an Arduino, with a 3d printed structure. Built, tested, and designed a robot for the 2019 FRC season, assisting the Cheesy Poofs in reaching 2nd place in the world.

  Led team of 3 engineers to develop Synthetic Aperture Radar and award winning Camera Livestreaming payload systems for Telemachus Sounding Rocket. Developed optimal aerodynamic surfaces for Odysseus sounding rocket, leveraging RASAero II, STAR-CCM+, and Ansys Fluent to generate aerodynamic data.

  Engineering Intern: Sustainability Ambassador - Acoustic Shielding via Fast Scattering Analysis

  • Simulated acoustic performance of next generation Hybrid Wing Body and Transonic Truss Braced Wing aircraft on NASA supercomputers using the NASA Langley Fast Scattering Code (FSC). • Accelerated and Improved acoustic evaluation of airliner concepts by integrating the FSC with the Acoustic NOise Prediction Program (ANOPP) 2 via python wrappers.

  Developed the Boundary Element Acoustic Noise Solver (BEANS), a C++ CFD tool designed to enable fast Aeroacoustic Scattering simulations. Implemented OpenMP parallelization, a GMRES iterative solver, Matrix Preconditioning, and a Multi-level Fast Multipole Method to enable speed ups.
