    • Kynesis

      Nov 2016 - Feb 2019

Responsible for the day-to-day running of the company. The role was primarily centred around sales/marketing/business development - arranging sales meetings to grow the business while developing and implementing key account strategies. With three new Clinical Support Specialists, I led the onboarding, education and operational management of the team. Once I completed the Master of Management, I was promoted and took on this full-time role at Kynesis. A medical device company distributing for Orthofix, the eighth largest orthopaedic medical device company in the world. This varied role included clinical case support - attending and managing surgeries to provide technical information; warehouse and distribution - product set building and inventory control, ensuring all necessary equipment is present for each case. This work was part-time while I studied for the Master of Management at the University of Sydney.
