  1997 - present: Executive PA in the Corporate Regulatory Affairs, Drug Safety & Quality Assurance Department in Almirall.Duties:• Supporting the Area Director (diary, travel, invoices, processing confidential documents, visitors, committee documentation, handling calls and visits at international level).• Processing and checking invoices for the whole area.• Coordination with other PAs for arranging offsite events.• Arranging meetings between Almirall market companies in various locations around Europe.• Networking with other Company areas and international market companies, customers, healthcare professionals.• Travelling to market companies (London) to provide specialist and technical support in creating documents for registration dossiers.• Commercial Register - I am going personally to the Commercial Register in Barcelona and there I handle the paperwork needed by each department. • Compilation of new EMA and CMDh publications that potentially may affect Almirall / Polichem products and properly informing RAMs. • EFPIA - Xavier Llauradó as member of Efpia assists meeting organized by Efpia and I do help with data, contacting with organizatiors.
