  Lead Police Officer/Flight Trainer: Filled the billet of Lead Police Officer/Flight Trainer. Ensured the overall readiness and training of all officers on flight. Conducted the initial phase 2 training for new officers as well as training for existing officers in new duty positions. Certified 10 officers in various duty positions with a 96% average score. Knowledge of investigative techniques to adequately handle complaints and incidents which may entail performing initial investigative actions prior to turning over to other investigators. Ensures personnel requesting access to the installation and restricted areas have proper identification and credentials before entering.
