  I interviewed and was selected as the position of Branch Manager of the Achieva Credit Union Viking Branch located at Northeast High School. Over the summer of 2015, I trained as an intern in a different branch, learning the processes and day to day operations of the institution, as well as worked with Member Service Advisors and Tellers to learn more about their positions to be able to better troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth branch operations. I served as the manager for the 2015-2016 academic year, where I oversaw the institution processes and addressed issues that arose from technology to member issues to severe backup of work, as well as developed an organized file keeping system within the branch for easier access to employees.
