Thirteen are designated for the frail and elderly, 5 for homeless with a preference for veterans. Supplying all materials to for the local papers, apartment finder, and move.com for the advertising. Created all marking materials that were sent to agencies to be displayed in their offices. Reached out to all the local agencies to discuss our housing program these agencies included but weren’t limited to churches, senior centers, office of aging, local municipalities for the voucher holders. Lottery style application process. Processed over 200 applications to fill the 64 units. Qualifying and processing all applications for approval by the tax credit consultant company. Ribbon cutting was for January 28, 2014. Completing weekly report to owners, Interstate and PNC Bank. Worked with and trained a part time employee to take over as property manager when my job was completed.
