In my R&R to manage the relation with MoL in regard of employment visa & Sponsorship quota provided to Cadre and was working on the internal system of MoL issuing the visa on behalf of MoL visa supervisor (Oracle system). In regard to the investor attractions, I was handling the business discussion along with SAGIA & Economic Cities Authority’s representatives when it comes to new investors, newly operating within the ECs to promote Cadre services as part of the ECs services. As main responsibility in this role to look at the government external relation, I was appointed as main contact with all government entities to ensure Cadre business module is operated as planned. Also I was the point of contact with MoL mistier office team (Technical & Consultant) for any related to Cadre. In the budget side, I was leading the G&A planning (None LC) and taking initiatives to ensure budget alignments and saving for the company. Achievements: - Sub Vehicle Purposes government registration (6 entities) registered under Emaar, I was leading the gov. registrations - Reduce the service lead time from 15 Working day (average) to 10 Working days maximum- On boarding quality has been improved to 95% completion over the year and was awarded for that - G&A budget was reduced by 1.9% vs. previous year- I have registered the company with HADAF/ HRDF Saudization program, which company funded +0.3 K SR from the government.
