As the business evolves, BA needed to maintain the currency of the end-of-life SAP platform that can support the change, protect our IT investment and to ensure sustainability. Mira successfully managed the planning, scoping, configuration, data migration, new infrastructure design & setup, development of test strategy and facilitated business acceptance testing. The project spent AUD 300K to deliver this project in good quality and within committed timeframes of 3 months. Post cutover experience of business users has been delightful and Mira was commended by the CFO, GM Finance and the GM IT. Data Centre MigrationThis initiative migrated 20+ servers for SAP, Datawarehouse, Remedy, Intranet and Extranet applications from Chatswood and Gorehill datacentre locations to Hostworks facilities management infrastructure located in Adelaide and Mosman. This has been a phased migration exercise over 6 and Mira engaged application developers, IT operations, Hostworks, ASG, Prometix, IPMO, Attain IT and Frontline to plan and execute server builds, network setup, database back-up and restores, firewall configurations, proxy server setup, AD setup, testing and weekend cutover. Data Miner Remedy IntegrationBA has a Network Operations Center (NOC) where the operators use two separate systems for alarm processing, fault creation and management. The objective of this project is to make the fault creation process efficient and provide the ability to track, monitor and perform trend analysis for network fault.       Penetration Tester

      Wi-Fi Penetration testing: Mira recently conducted the Wi-Fi Penetration testing for a client, not-for-profit organisation. The open-source tools used during this testing are: Linux OS, Aircrack-ng, Weaver, Wifite and tplink tl-wn722n high gain wireless USB adapter device connected with Linux OS was used to enumerate and attempt to exploit the network. John the Ripper for password cracking tool was used to brute force the password if WPS was disabled. Password file generation using Crunch – Linux open-source tool. Finally, a pen test report was produced and presented to the client. Network penetration testing: Conducted white/grey box penetration testing on the web application and network.Mira worked with the client to agree and document Scope-of-works. Tools like Maltigo, Recon-ng, Netcraft, DNSSenum, and Search engine such as Shodan and google search tools were utilised for reconnaissance. Mira used Linux open-source tools such as Nessus, Nexpose, Nmap, and Nmap scripts to scan the client’s network. The vulnerabilities were exploited using Metasploit and Linux exploits to check whether the vulnerabilities could be exploited. Finally, Mira documented and presented a Pentest report consisting of all the steps taken to perform the Pentest and recommendation for the network and system hardening. At present the repeatable process is being developed for the period penetration testing for the organisation. Web Applications penetration testing: Mira worked with the client to agree and document Scope-of-works. Conducted a footprint using Maltigo, Recon-ng, Netcraft, DNSSenum, and Search engine such as Shodan and google search tools.The test was performed using burp suite, Wireshark, Kali Linux open-source tools and Metasploit framework. Finally, Mira documented and presented a Pentest report consisting all the steps taken to perform the Pentest and recommendation for the changes to enhance the security of website. Show less
