Task made complex as Morris Plains site was in midst of a $400 million investment program.• Achieved Pfizer Global Operations Excellence Award 2006 for implementing Green Building Team Initiative across all US and global sites, including life cycle cost analysis tool, tracking tool for monitoring performance and education of colleagues.• Developed, implemented and led a Green Building Team for the Pfizer Morris Plains, NJ facility with priority to realize cost effective and environmentally sound design and construction for all facilities achieving first year savings of over $150,000.• Managed the development of set of Site Design Guidelines used for all design and construction activities for facilities at Morris Plains, NJ.
