I was managing multiple projects from different industries - hospitality, oil & gas, retails, institutions and etc. Key Achievements:- 5 star hotel in HK postponed opening for almost 3 years because the operator did not have construction experience and poor communication between stakeholders. Steven was seconded as Hotel's Representative and also provided Project Management Services for all construction of the hotel. Responsibilities include design, schedule, risk, quality and cost management. The hotel opened in 8 months from the appointment. Steven received Letter of Appreciation for managing and resolving issues expeditiously and achieving the new milestone date set by the hotel management. - An oil & gas MNC was planning to improve its facilities.
