  Always in the Eutelsat’s Exploitation Department, my main missions are :- Manage all activities of planning, budget, conception, development, implementation, maintenance and configuration of the Radio-Frequency (RF) installations and payload measurement and monitoring systems owner and operated by Eutelsat.- Operate 350 antennas, 30 traffic rooms and around 4500 RF components over the world.- Lead a team of 20 full time people distribute across Rambouillet, Turin and Cagliari Eutelsat Teleports.- Manage budget in term of investment and operational costs.- Support sales process in the scope of commercial replies.- Follow day to day activity with main customers.- Be guaran of all remote RF infrastructures (12 payload monitoring sites, 2 remote antennae park, 8 Earth Stations in the scope of Konnect mission) Show less In the scope of the exploitation department, in the division Service Exploitation, my main missions are :- Lead technical activities from the definition phase to the exploitation of monitoring and remote management systems.- Manage a team of 8 full time engineers.- Manage budget in term of investment and operational costs.- Recruit and train new team members.- Coordinate at group level an homogeneity in term of approach, tools and best practices on the monitoring systems perimeter. - Support sales process in the scope of commercial replies.- Be guaran of security policies across the monitoring infrastructure (10 sites under my responsibility and +60 shared with video/network teams) and systems with 3 defined as "mission critical" for Eutelsat Show less
