  http://reallivetheatre.net/Real Live Theatre is a cooperatively produced theatre company based in the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts. We seek to engage with our communities - local, regional, national, international, and global. In 2013 I helped to found Real Live Theatre with ten other theatre artists. As a Founding Member, I shaped the company's protocols, governing structure, and vision for the future. I also helped us plan our expansion by adding new members and laying the foundation for two new production formats-- touring shows, and intimate "house play" staged readings. This wealth of knowledge about the company has helped me in my role as Company Manager, where I am responsible for the day to day operations of the company. As Company Manager, I scheduled committee meetings, kept company members informed, followed up with committees on their progress, assigned tasks to company members, responded to inquiries from the public, updated records, purchased insurance, applied for grants, updated social media, and maintained the website. I was one of a few members working on obtaining our 501(c)(3) status. Show less

  Art Producer

  Word Snack HD is an original mobile word game app, developed by a team of students over the course of a semester. The game was taken from concept to release over the course of 4 months in a very fast-paced development environment. The team consisted of 40 students, and I directly managed twelve 2D and 3D artists. I structured meetings and presentations to efficiently gather and give feedback, both from the art team and from the team at large. I also participated in weekly Production status meetings with producers from other disciplines to support alignment between all departments, and ensure all art needs were satisfied and deadlines met.   Fay Games is a video game company specializing in fun, educational games for all ages. I worked on a mobile and web game teaching basic mathematics. I anticipated the needs of a fast-paced team of five and solved problems in advance to facilitate production. I communicated effectively with the team, as everyone was working remotely most of the time, by assigning tasks, giving build notes, and tracking progress on our online project folder, and then following up individually over email.

  GlowLime Games was a video game production organization created to empower student game developers in the Five College Consortium. All project and organizational roles are filled by students. As Budget Manager, I created the annual budget for the organization and secured funding from a variety of sources. I decided how much of our operating budget to allocate to each project and approved purchases and expenditures. For each game title, I worked with the producers to create a budget specific to that project. Show less

  Peace Superheroes is an organization dedicated to teaching children non-violent conflict resolution skills. In a small team of five, I prototyped a mobile game teaching conflict resolution vocabulary. With the Peace Superheroes clients living all over the world, a strong communication was highly important. Throughout the project I communicated effectively via webchat, Slack, and Trello with the client about our progress and what they should expect in the final build. With the local development team, I organized productive group work sessions, and used digital productivity tools to clearly assign tasks and priorities to team members. I presented on our progress weekly to my game design class, and conducted extensive playtesting with them. We rapidly incorporated this feedback to improve the game design and to deliver the best possible product to the client by the due date. Show less

  Schell Games is a full-service game design and development company, creating experiences for clients as well as our own original games. As a Producer, I have led teams of 10-50 developers in VR, connected toy, location-based entertainment, and mobile app products. I am a leader in the Production department, developing tools, templates, tutorials, Jira customizations, and best practices to be used across projects.On client projects, I collaborate with clients to define requirements, share creative vision, and communicate dependencies. Internally, I work with project discipline directors to manage scope in order to deliver on time and on budget. I continually report on progress, risks, schedule, and dependencies to clients, external stakeholders, and studio leadership. I am committed to fostering a positive environment and maintaining team morale with remote, hybrid, and in-person teams. Show less
