      Plan, organize, and direct all fire protection actions for Aircraft, Structural, and Wildland training scenarios and incidents. Analyze fire protection operations, determines trends and problems, and formulates corrective measures. Provide fire protection guidance, and coordinates fire protection support agreements and pre-incident plans with multiple agencies. Conduct and evaluations training on specialized Aircraft, Structural, and Wildland fire protection tools, equipment, and procedures. Perform inspections and organizational maintenance on fire protection vehicles, equipment, and protective clothing. Manage and operate fire alarm communications centers. Provide fire prevention guidance. Inspects facilities, and identifies fire hazards and deficiencies. Control and extinguish aircraft, structural, wildland, and miscellaneous fires. Establish an emergency operations incident command system. Preserve and protect emergency scene evidence. Investigate fires to determine origin and cause. Develop and submit yearly budget requests to the Fire Chief. Prepare and submit yearly performance reports for all subordinates assigned. Administer disciplinary measures and conflict resolution whenever needed. Interpret basic meteorological data, wind charts, temperatures, relative humidity, and weather forecasts specific to the region to create "Probable Conditions Report" used for airdrop missions and subsequently remote location.
