Lead negotiator and eventual contract manager of the Habitation and Logistics Outpost (HALO) program. Science and Robotics Exploration (S&RE) Operating Unit focused on environmental satellite design, development, test, and evaluation. Major programs included Landsat 9 and ICESat-2.
