  As IT Manager I’m responsible for maintaining our networks and phone system infrastructures as well as technical support for around 320 users in Spain (we have office in Madrid and Barcelona) as well as other European offices when necessary (I’m backup for my colleagues from Lisbon, Milan… offices). As part of the European IT team I’ve been also involved in some European projects (migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10, migration from Ms Outlook/Exchange to Office 365, implementation of new European application for technical support, requests, change management… based in ITIL, Warsaw office relocation, Madrid and Barcelona offices relocations and expansion works…). Been working as well with different phone systems and collaborated in different migrations (old analog system to Cisco VoIP, Cisco VoIP to Skype for Business telephony. Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams…). Perform also regular trainings to users. I’m also helping other colleagues to install and manage Ms Surface Hub devices and perform training to IT colleagues and users of other offices. Show less
