I assessed the quality of lesson delivery and provided both face-to-face and online feedback on progress towards QTS standards. I successfully ensured that candidates for QTS are able to actively plan and deliver effective teaching to their chosen subject or age range/phase and could demonstrate full responsibility for the classroom. This involved assessing candidates’ teaching by reviewing their portfolio of evidence and observing their teaching.
