      #Production and characterization of L-asparaginase enzyme from Streptomyces sp.#Completed a project (2020) titled as "In-silico development of method for the selection of optimal enzymes using L-asparaginase II against Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia as an example", under the supervision of Assistant Professor Hitesh K. Bhattarai (PhD). Worked in two months long mini project (2019) at Bioprocess Laboratory. I was involved in the isolation and biochemical characterization of yeast, Acetobacter sp. and Lactobacillus sp. under the supervision of Assistant Professor Parash Mani Timilsina. Department of Biotechnology Kathmandu University. Worked on studying phytochemical properties of some medicinal plants (2018) with M.tech seniors at Department of Biotechnology, Kathmandu University. I was mainly involved in solvent extraction. Worked on screening and isolation of plastic degrading Microorganisms (2018) under the supervision of Associate Professor Sangita Shakya (PhD).
