      Manage and control of the whole site maintenance function, this included 3 "sister" organisations using the Plascon site. The maintenance function consisted of electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation disciplines, as well as all Civil requirements and facilities, consisting of air, gas, steam and electricity. This position requires control a budget of 5.2m direct, and 165m. indirectly through ABC accounting processes.This function included CAPEX Projects up to 1m handled by this position directly, all projects in excess of this, The Manager is part of the projects team. All staff including contract staff reported into this position on a daily basis, the permanent staff consisted of about 30 permanent and up to 200 contract workers onsite. Show less
