Team Leader, Sergeant- I began my Army carrer at Ft. Benning in Georgia. I served two years in Baumholder Germany and one year in Ft.Carson, Colorado. I trained soldiers in all areas of small arms use and preventive maintenance of the mechanized Infantry vehicles we used. I was the Captains Track Commander in the field and the Maintenance Supervisor in Garrison. I wrote performance appraisals, counseled soldiers on their performance and was a designated contact for soldiers that were being terminated from the Army. I usually counseled them and helped them transition out of the service as easily and without drama as was possible.DD-214 upon request Show less
