Show less He was responsible for arranging political risk insurance by NEXI, Japanese ECA (Export Credit Agency), covering risks which arise in foreign transactions and which are not covered by commercial insurance. He was responsible for trade business such as automobile or machinery. Also, he had been responsible for not only trade insurance, but also investment and loan transactions against high-risk countries. Whilst trade transaction is relatively short-term and simple, investment or loan transaction usually require complicated financial scheme (i.e. Project Finance). He had experienced claims events derived from the US sanction against Iran and the coup in Myanmar last year, successfully managed to minimize risk of MC’s projects. On top of that, he had engaged in political risk analyses, conducting statistical researches based on reports from rating companies such as Fitch or Moody’s, as well as official papers from International Monetary Fund (IMF) or other governmental entities.
