  • Numerically simulated the 2D internal flow and combustion dynamics of the Scramjet and investigated the turbulence and chemical characteristics of the Hydrogen – Vitiated Air reaction mixture within supersonic combustor utilizing OpenFOAM CFD software. • Worked in a team to develop the designs of the combustion chamber using the CATIA V5 and meshed the geometry using ANSYS ICEM. Contributed to the backend development of a C++ code in the OpenFOAM software to perform and visualize the CFD simulations. • Evaluated the turbulent reactant flow and supersonic combustion exit profiles to study their shortcomings at hypersonic speeds.
