The entity was for sale, and I presented to potential buyers, overseeing responses to their actuarial questions and ultimately, ensuring a smooth transition for the actuarial team to the acquirers. Leading the team supporting the Appointed Actuary, including oversight of postings, experience investigations, actuarial project support (IFRS 17, regulatory responses), Financial Condition Report, business planning and model developments.
