Finalizes details with the protectee regarding number of passengers, number of venues to be visited, venue-specific information, and any special needs (e.g., split-site visits, special security requirements, etc.) Prepares and gives pre-mission briefings for protectees prior to movement, addressing destination, planned routes, estimated duration, guidance in the even of an incident (e.g., breakdown, illness/injury, hostile contact, etc.) and critical medical information/concerns for the protectees.
