      To sustain the success of both areas, we worked on different route-to-market projects to explore new avenues for growth. In Cavite, we partnered with Global Payments to launch a cashless method for downline stores. We also partnered with Unilever to create a national bundling project that posted an incremental of ₱15MM in less than 6 months. In Palawan, we capitalized on the presence of big cooking oil and launched the Hapi Fiesta 17KG that gained massive share versus Fiesta and Palawan Oil. In Central Luzon, we implemented the vendor-managed inventory to one of NAI’s top distributors, and quickly replenish and manage proper stocking levels across different products.These achievements allowed me to win the coveted 2022 NAI Salesperson of the Year. Show less Moving to General Trade, I was tasked to lead the Cavite and Palawan distributor operations. In Cavite, we worked on the development of regional supermarkets and on implementing sales activities to compete with national key accounts. We were able to shorten downline delivery lead time by adjusting coverage plans and frequency visits, ensuring proper stock levels to trade and truck fulfillment of the distributor.In Palawan, we adjusted the out-of-town operations and improved downline efficiency to further grow the island. We identified key routes and moved sales schedules based on projected sales, ensuring a smooth order-to-deliver process for both trade and distributor team.These initiatives allowed me to be part of the 100% Club for 2020 and 2021.       Route to Market Development Manager

      As a new role, I was tasked to overhaul the Saturator program to provide exclusive sellers across regional distributors, fund trade vehicles and establish figures for sustainability. I also collaborated with Security Bank to launch the Dealer Financing program that provided an alternative payment option for distributors to avail extra terms while securing AR faster.In just a short time, these projects will help set the organization to make an impact in their distribution goals.

As part of the Strategy Group, we launched a widescale Grocery enlistment drive that generated Php 16MM incremental sales in 2 months through the expansion of Nutriasia's new products.We also started the "Project Multiplier" - NAI’s initiative to simplify the basic call procedure and increase lines sold and improve new product distribution while strengthening manpower competencies of our distributor partners.
