  - Conducted a needs assessment survey on university teaching and supporting staff on their experiences of supporting disabled students in their areas of work or study, their awareness related to the practices and resources accessibility of virtual teaching and learning, as well as their perceptions of the content and delivery modes of training workshops- Compiled a 450-page guideline to increase the level of accessibility in practices in virtual teaching and learning, as well as to promote each member’s rights and responsibilities and recourses available in the university- Designed and created a series of training including 6 videos for teaching staff, supporting staff and students with the train-the-trainer approach Show less - Developed a 3D virtual learning space that attracted over 800 users, fostering a learning community that facilitated meaningful intra- and inter-group socialization, stimulated student intrinsic motivation through various mechanisms, and provided authentic and exploratory learning experiences- Liaised and collaborated with various parties, including programmers, graphic designers and users, on the design and development of the platform- Partnered with 8 course instructors from 4 faculties to integrate the use of our 3D virtual learning space into 11 courses' learning activities and assessments- Conducted research studies to evaluate the platform's design validity and student performance- Taught in 4 courses across 3 semesters, achieving a 92.4% tutor teaching effectiveness rating in one course, compared to an overall average of 80.7%- Reviewed and provided constructive feedback on learning design to course instructors Show less
