  I'm in charge of running all training initiatives (technical, compliance, soft skills, and client).Implemented a Learning Management System along with a roadmap of developing training based on priority needs for the company. I lead our Talent team to build in house training curriculums for interns, new devs, and existing employees; recruit high quality people; and advocate for our developers so they're properly supported and achieving their career goals.I maintain an active role as a Salesforce B2C Architect so I stay up to date on current technology, and can continue to effectively train developers on the platform and our internal products.
