DIRECTOR – LONG TERM DISABILITY (1995-98) Directed the Department with the largest benefit expenditures - $300-million annually - for long term disability claims including pension assessments, fatal claims and occupational diseases. Provided leadership and performance expectations to 6 managers and 100 unionized staff.
