DIRECTOR – COMPENSATION SERVICES, Lower Mainland Region (1998-01) Directed the provision of compensation in the form of wage loss replacement, vocational and physical rehabilitation to 60% of all WCB clients, based on approximately 170,000 claims per year. DIRECTOR – LONG TERM DISABILITY (1995-98) Directed the Department with the largest benefit expenditures - $300-million annually - for long term disability claims including pension assessments, fatal claims and occupational diseases. Provided leadership and performance expectations to 6 managers and 100 unionized staff.
