    • Telecentro

      Apr 2011 - May 2013
      Web Designer/Estágio

When entering the job market for the first time I realized how complex the world can be. When I researched what the telecentros did, I became interested in their essence. In short, digital inclusion was the role of this place. Bringing internet and information in digital form was the idea of this environment. The great challenge of this place was given to the multiple audience that frequented it. From elderly people to children. Every person who showed up there had a life story, something that might or might not be something I had seen before. Looking at the world through their eyes turned out to be my first work with user experience (UX).In charge of teaching classes (the basic of computing), me and my team that at that time was formed by 2 people besides me, we needed to develop a method that could be understood by our target audience. The environment, the didactics, the equipment ... everything should correspond to that large group of people. In addition to these classes, we set up the beginning of ecommerces, blogs and personal sites for some of those people who used the telecentro.Anyway, that's where I learned a lot about what the user expects from something, even if it's not a system or anything else. We needed to solve various problems, and listening to them was the beginning of a major project called the Telecentro. Show less

    • PRAVALER

      Aug 2014 - Dec 2015
      UX | UI Designer

After spending a lot of time trying to develop projects, methodologies and content for social inclusion, I accepted a new challenge at Idealinvest. The company is responsible for a great student funding product. At the time, only the government FIES faced Pravaler (product name), but some things still needed to be developed within the project. When I arrived at Idealinvest, a Design culture still did not exist inside the company, then some points still needed to be put on to have that kind of vision. The works were not focused on users, but not purposefully, but because the area itself was in development.I worked focused on marketing for a while, but the work that struck me the most was the development of the Pravaler Portal.Link to the site: https://www.portalpravaler.com.br/Certainly the biggest challenge I faced within Ideal Invest. Create an environment where the student could consult various colleges, whether he would be entitled to a vacancy, whether he could finance a course or even if he was entitled to scholarship.Since its creation, the portal has attracted a lot of attention. We would have to build something out of 0 (the previous attempt did not get satisfactory results), but we created a great project and it brought us much of the importance that a user has in developing a project. • Guia de Motéis

      Jan 2016 - Feb 2018
      UX Designer | UI Designer

When i left Idealinvest, I wanted to think a little about life and if I was on the right way to find myself. I thought for a month about what I would like to do and saw a great challenge within the Guia de Motéis. A totally new target audience, methodologies, learning, and other things have made me gain some interest in this new step of my career.Although not focused on a fully UX environment, the Guia de Motéis has provided me with a greater understanding about a particular target audience and its different characteristics. Whether you're developing a part or an entire site, you need to know who you're dealing with, as that's part of the user experience.Major projects are still under development and I hope to continue learning and developing great products that solve in part the users' needs, no matter what they are. May 2019 - Mar 2020

My job as a leader is to create a certain "harmony" between physical services and products from an experience perspective. Today, I am focused on the moment when the customer buys a machine, which he calls accreditation, going through the choice of the product and then the "how" he will reach him. In addition, the development of interfaces and product objectives with a business team and team. Leaving GFT, I faced a new challenge. Be part of a UX team with the aim of developing a new culture within the company. It all started when we needed to show what the value of design is and what it could add to our client. We are still in a great process of maturing, but we are already reaping the rewards of the improvements we delivered.

      Product Designer

At Quero Educação I had the opportunity to return to work in the educational market after a long time. The challenges facing this universe are complex and require development time. Collecting information about various student profiles and knowing how they want to use a product makes this aspect very relevant in the execution of the design process. There, I played a role in two specific aspects:Postgraduate studies and the direct enrollment product.I created some processes that adapted to that environment in order to create an experience that would differentiate the product. Returning to the acquiring market, I was able to bring knowledge that I had obtained at another point in my professional life. Furthermore, dealing with possible challenges, this time, not just looking at little machines, I was able to deal with the formation of a great team and look at the opportunities we had for development. At the beginning I started looking at the life that the customer had during the time they used our products. By the way, I am faced with a new product that has its particularities in relation to the market. Show less
