      As a First Impression Specialist I sit at the Front Desk and answer phone calls (reception) for the Law Office. I also greet clients and bring them to their Attorneys and take walk in cases for Attorneys. I work closely to assist others in the firm with the cases that we handle, here, in the office. I am a client intake specialist, also know as a Case Appraisal Manager, in which I take new case calls, gather the information for the attorneys, analyze and access if it is a case which can be pursued as a lawsuit, and get the callers over to an attorney or adjuster.
