  Domenca d.o.o. specialised in client servers and later evolved to become a digital agency developing web projects for clients. I joined Domenca as a programmer by invitation from Tilen Travnik, where I further improved my knowledge of PHP and Drupal 7 and familiarised myself with Scrum project management. My responsibilities at Domenca were to write and develop code to match project specifications, and client interaction. During my time at Domenca I worked on the Petrol website which was developed using Drupal 7. Show less

  D.labs was growing, and so was market interest for mobile development. I was appointed to a senior team lead position, and I oversaw the whole lifecycle of mobile projects, from intro meetings, project estimations, project management, financial estimations, to the final client hand-over. I also onboarded new projects and managed team scheduling and project budget to make sure we are running at our full capacity.I continued to organise internal Tech talks and also introduced a new format called D.talks which was also made available to the public. Show less At the time, mobile applications were a hot topic in the tech world. My curiosity and genuine interest for mobile development led me to participate and learn from the growing global community.I was very ambitious and full of new knowledge which led me to develop a mobile app concept for a d.labs client Petrol (the largest company in Slovenia) in my free time. This concept was a milestone and a turning point in my career, as it turned our Petrol loved the concept and decided to invest in further development. And just like that, the mobile department was created at d.labs. The project grew and I was soon joined by other team members.I was responsible for, managing the team developing the Petrol mobile app, while also taking care of my web development and internal TECH talk responsibilities.
