  Transport:- Work towards achieving 100% OTIF. Working closely with our hauliers and attending regular meetings to discuss Haulier performance and sorting out any issue that may arise.- Processing local deliveries onto SAP to support the Goods In Coordinator.- Shipping orders and printing off despatch paperwork for Parcel, Haulage and Sub con deliveries.- Arranging movement of stock from third party storage.- Working closely with the carriers to ensure deliveries are delivered on time, if not communicating with the customer or subcontractor.Despatch:- Ensuring that every order left the building 100% OTIF daily, breaking down pallets to check when discrepancies occur.- Organizing old stock to be moved to a 3rd Party Warehouse and the arranging of the destruction of stock that how been deleted from the product range.- Ensuring orders are picked and shipped in line with the Basic Order Schedule, also working with the Supervisors to effectively plan resources.- Liaising with the Order Prep team to ensure that parcel orders are completely picked and communicating this with the Dispatch team.- Co-ordinating the collection of orders via our third party haulage contractors.- Liaising with Supervisors and management in the warehouse to prioritise urgent orders and to confirm that orders have been picked.- Correcting SAP master data in order for orders to be receipted.Replenishment:- Monitoring performance and planning the work load for 5 FLT drivers in the supervisor’s absence.- Confirming transfer orders into the racking (Promo, Aerosol, Aisle 100)- investigating incorrect materials in locations- Running priority transfer orders for CW & Sub Con orders in order for the stock to be in location when the CW team commence picking.
