  As a Cell Engineering Intern at Tesla in Spring 2024, I worked on the development of advanced battery electrode technology for electric vehicles and energy storage systems. My primary project involved calibrating various sized equipment and adjusting process steps to optimize material properties. Through extensive hands-on experimentation and data analysis, I developed a mathematical relationship between different engineering parameters and their impact on material properties. This role required me to co-own powder metrology development with the process engineering team and address engineering issues with data-driven solutions. I also supported process improvement initiatives by analyzing current processes and providing key recommendations through detailed reports and presentations.
