  • Maintaining the telecom cell site complete passive equipment’s and maintains uptime of the cell site as per SLA.• Installation & commissioning of PIU, ACPDB, AMF Panel, DG, AC, BATTERY BANK & POWER PLANT.• Closure of PM work orders in CIT within timelines. Put AC/PIU/DG to be in auto mode. • Ensure, maintains & installing the Indoor & Outdoor electrical works as per company specification.• ALARM TESTING after site integration. Ensure and maintaining all alarms is in working conditions in every PM.• Site survey for civil & electrical works & Punch point clearance of the site.• Rectification of disconnected sites within SLA. Increase EB Usage at sites. Better EB utilization. No EB disconnections.• Resolution of Landlord issues within timelines. Good relationship with Landlords and Timely delivery of rentals.• Maintain Site Housekeeping & Hygiene.• Monthly Reporting cell site PM detail, HMR, Fuel Stock of DG, EB reading and each Operator Energy Consuming detail to the higher Authorities.• Ensure Trouble Ticket and Estate Log Book entire for every site visitors.
