      As a ski instructor, I introduced course concepts and developed learning programs for new skiers of all ages - from 4 - 65 years-old and from zero experience to racing level. Courses included advancing individual skiers and group learners through progressive skill levels, while adjusting teaching style to individual learning needs. As a Customer Service Representative, I demonstrated above average service skills by earning promotion to CSR, and managing inbound calls, assisting guests with questions, providing product and service information and resolving issues as needed. I also continued to provide expert instruction in downhill skiing fundamentals to all ages in individual and group settings. Show less

      Field Archaeological Assistant

      I was selected to work alongside History Professor Dr. Vanca Schrunk. I accompanied her on an archaeological dig on an island off the coast of Hvar, Croatia. There, we lived on the island of Sv. Klement for a month, excavating a Roman settlement dating 200 B.C. - 500 A.D. while working with the Hvar National Museum. I helped survey the site, categorize finds, and document artifacts. For this work, I received multiple grants from the University of St. Thomas. I presented our findings at University of St. Thomas and Macalester College conferences. Show less

      Historical Intern

      Paid intern for the city of Eagan’s Historical Society. Worked closely with city officials to help recreate a museum within the new Town Hall following a devastating fire that destroyed the historic building. Assisted in the recreation and cataloging of the city’s historical documents, artifacts and public displays, utilizing city technology and techniques to develop a well-planned, interactive and engaging museum for the public. I preformed in-depth research at the Minnesota History Center Archive on behalf of the city. I also researched and edited an ongoing history book about the city of Eagan. Show less
