  Project Manager of an international Telemedicine project with T-systems International and Charite Hospital BerlinMy role was quite complex, in Scrum context I covered the Scrum Master and partially the Product Owner role as well. The hungarian cross-functional team consisted of 14 people. In addition to the project management tasks I was responsible for eliciting the requirements from the customer, writing, prioritizing and clarifying user stories. This was a customer faceing role, with regular business trips to Berlin and Dresden. During workshops and steering meetings I demonstrated the result of the team for executives and representatives of other teams. Presales activities such as participating in international trade fairs and healthcare IT conferences were part of the role.As this project was the beginning of the company's agile transformation I helped the developers, testers and the customer to learn more about the SCRUM methodology and apply it in the everyday work.
