Bo & Emilie built the camper from the ground up starting in 2019, started the business and operate it seasonally in Duluth MN. Bo is responsible for the business management, build-out of the truck, bookkeeping, training, and more. Bo is skilled barista able to solo-manage serving 30 drinks per hour on a single grouphead, while taking orders on a Square POS, making change, and ensuring quality of product and experience.
