      Whilst working at Subway I started as a sandwich artist over the summer and worked my way up to a Supervisor position. My roles included opening and closing the store independently, conducting stock take and ordering new stock, staff recruitment and training and general running of the store. My responsibilities also included cash handling and taking off the till on an evening.

      During my Travel and Tourism course at college we were expected to endure a weeks work experience in any company or location of our choice. I chose to move to Leeds for the week and work within the Events team for the University. During my work experience my responsibilities included setting up for the final years graduation, organising and analysing feedback sheets from student work shops and presenting my own experiences to younger children visiting the university.

      Volunteer of the day award at CHS Conference and Hospitality Show 2015 CHS Group Mar 2015 When volunteering as a Seminar Assistant at the Conference and Hospitality Show 2015 I was then awarded the volunteer of the day award. This was a fantastic achievement and showed my hard work had been noticed by the exhibitors and management staff working at the show.
