      In this role, I am the project manager for a new triple quadrupole instrument. I guide the project team through the development process and maintain alignment with several supporting projects. I implement weekly risk assessment meetings and issue triage activities while facilitating extensive beta testing and pre-launch production ramp planning. In this role, I serve as both the assistant project manager and mechanical engineering lead for a new instrument platform project. I conduct extensive voice of customer exercises, assist in the creation of product requirements, and translate those requirements into product specifications. As the mechanical engineering lead, I am responsible for all mechanical designs and am a co-inventor of the ion source removal concept (US 7,709,790 B2) In this role, I am part of a team of scientists and engineers developing single and triple quadrupole mass spectrometers. I am responsible for mechanical design, analysis, packaging, prototyping, and supplier selection and qualification. I develop a issues tracking tool, DFA/DFM practices, and cross-functional design reviews.
