These staff are remote, office based, or mobile; established a diverse hiring pool through the expansion of hiring to include 1/3 hired and relocated from countries outside the United States – of particular note, personally developed, managed, and implemented the expanded global hiring program that promotes global diversity and provides learning opportunities for campers across New England, which also expanded interest in and attendance across all camps.•Marketing and advertising Specialist that registered 800-1100 new members annually through the camp pathway - serving 10,000+ girls each year during a period where Girl Scouts USA closed many camps due to poor attendance and registration; consistently grew New England camps over period of National decline by understanding youth trends and creating targeted marketing and advertising campaigns to effectively recruit campers across the region. •Public Liaison and Program Representative responsible for daily interface with local, state, and federal agencies to license and provide safe summer and year-round outdoor education on all 11 camp facilities in two separate states, MA and NH.
