Since joining Intrinsic Technology I have quickly worked my way to be seen as a go to person for technical queries across the Intrinsic virtualization product set and become a valued member of the team who will go above and beyond his role to benefit the business. • I have been involved in virtual desktop designs and implementations and migrations up to XenDesktop deployments of 2000 users. For the XenDesktop deployment I was named the Lead Technical Consultant on the project. For XenApp I have built and supported environments for 2000+ users.• Recently I have completed tender responses for a number of collocated active-passive datacentre solutions with a Citrix desktop and application delivery platform incorporating mobile device management. The projects use NetApp Filers, Cisco UCS, Nexus, VMware 5.1, XenApp 6.5, XenDesktop 5.6, XenMobile, NetScaler inc Access Gateway Enterprise Edition, Atlantis ILIO etc.• My key areas of focus for Intrinsic were around Desktop Virtualisation and Data Centre Virtualization, but I still get involved in all aspects of infrastructure based work. For example, domain upgrades to Windows Server 2008 R2 from Windows server 2003, as well as a migration from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 SP1. • I present and explain technical solutions to management and technical staff for many customers.
