Developed a Vehicle Control Unit(VCU) based on ESP32 micro-controller, utilizing Dual Core running freeRTOS in Arduino framework, capable of handling torque encoding, vehicle startup sequence and safety shutdown systems.2. Designed a digital circuit (BSPD) to cut off power to motor in case the accelerator pedal and brakes are actuated simultaneously for 500ms, using 8 bit ADCs, binary counters and crystal oscillator( for clock generation).3. Worked on designing the wiring harness of electric vehicle, KE-1, in Altium Designer, and on FMEA sheet for the vehicle. Show less
