  • DtD operational management of spot and time chartered vessels whereby ensuring the safety & security under charter party agreement.• Direct contact with Owner concerning TC vessel operation.• Maintain commercial follow up of shipping agents and other ship services providers.• Organise STS transshipment by quotation request and service provider appointment.• Identify and report all safety & security related matters (HRA, CoU, site safety, etc.) along with involved organization.• Check shipping documents provided by vessel, owner, port, and all concerned parties.• Review draft TCP with operational feedback on clauses with terms & conditions implementation on subs.• Investigate any shipping incident and cooperate with ship-owner to resolve accordingly.• Quantify performances of TC vessels, and evaluate them as per criteria given by TCP.• Provide optimization for shipping rotation based on time/cost for the operation and share them with Chartering and Trading Departments.• Ensure rules & regulations to be followed during voyage, and report any modification with potential impact on operation.• Manage all operational claims related to executed TCP with proper negotiation.• Validate shipping cost incurred during ship’s voyages, and liaise with back office team to ensure invoice payment.• Collect Environmental data for the fleet within the framework of Sea Cargo Charter.
