I was seconded to specific teams through Police Reform to facilitate organisational change and provide organisational development consultancy and support throughout the process. I designed and facilitated multiagency workshops to create opportunities for collaborative leadership and outcomes improvement, ensuring openness and transparency throughout.▪ Received Chief Constable’s Commendation for outstanding services to the development of people.▪ Awarded Scottish Women’s Development Forum National Mentoring Award▪ Awarded national recognition for coaching and mentoring from the British Association for Women in Policing.
