  My main role was to manage the design and implementation of national leadership development and talent management programmes. I was seconded to specific teams through Police Reform to facilitate organisational change and provide organisational development consultancy and support throughout the process. I designed and facilitated multiagency workshops to create opportunities for collaborative leadership and outcomes improvement, ensuring openness and transparency throughout.▪ Received Chief Constable’s Commendation for outstanding services to the development of people.▪ Awarded Scottish Women’s Development Forum National Mentoring Award▪ Awarded national recognition for coaching and mentoring from the British Association for Women in Policing. Show less I was involved in the design, development, delivery and assessment of core leadership training courses for students ranging from 1st line managers to chief officer level and international delegates. I was responsible for consultation of organisational training needs, analysis of skills foresight and development of leadership competency framework.▪ Developed National Leadership Qualifications (SCQF8) & Chartered Management Institute Executive Diploma in Management (SCQF11): unit writer, validation panel member & assessor.▪ Designed and project managed delivery of Leadership Training Programme for Glasgow Community & Safety Services.▪ Designed and coordinated an annual two week Strategic Command Course for 60 international and UK-based officers and cross-sector members of staff.
